Our accommodation was spptless, spacious and included everything we needed. There was a beautiful view over Vence from the terrace and access to a well-equipped kitchen. We had a last-minute problem with our hire car, and our hosts picked us up and dropped us back to the station, which was incredibly kind and helped immeasurably. A lovely couple who've provided quality accommodation accommodation.

at a minimum someone to welcome us and answer our problem when we discovered our room was next to the pool machinery and it was working full power all night long preventing from sleeping and again no one when we left :(

Very nice location

Our trip was very nice - the hosts were very friendly and gave us advice and tips where to buy groceries, have dinner and for trips in the surroundings of Vence. The view from the apartment was amazing as you can see mountains as well as the sea. There was a small kitchen nook in the apartment but there was also a larger shared kitchen for all the apartments including a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge and table. Additionally it was also possible to use the swimming pool and parking for the car was also available.

Mireille and Hugo were fantastic hosts - nothing too much trouble - even gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday! The room was exceptional ( bathroom to die for ) and wifi was good . Guest kitchen had everything anyone would need . Wanted to stay longer as so relaxing !

Work is taking place at the property so although the swimming pool was lovely it was quite hard to access - no proper steps ! Hosts are aware so really not a complaint , more an observation!

It's a matter of perspective

The hosts were very friendly and forthcoming. They really speak a lot of European languages. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with a spectacular view over Nice to the ocean. Our room was clean, comfortable and modern furnished. Small snacks, fruits, tea and coffee were offered for free in the kitchen. Towels and shampoo were also provided.

The pictures of the property suggest more luxury as there is in reality. Most pictures are taken from favorable angles and perspectives. E.g. the infinity pool seems larger as it really is. Additionally dead or half-dead wasps were swimming on top of the pool water. A cleaning pump with a long plastic pipe was always swimming in the pool making it very uncomfortable to swim. Also there is no grass in the front yard, there is a green plastic grass-like carpet. The most unexpected fact for us was, that the owners live on the top floor of the house. So you literally have a vacation in somebody else's front yard. The pool area is actually on the owners porch separated with a small fence. For us personally this in not very relaxing since we really value our privacy. There are three guest rooms on die ground floor. Two with actual ocean view and one with ocean view from the side next to the stairs (except of a smaller window). That's the room with a small kitchen, which is quite useless and noisy. We heard the water pumps of the washing machine and the dish washer in the next room every morning as we slept in.

Le cadre est incroyable, entre montagne et mer. La maison / les chambres sont chaleureuses. La cuisine est bien aménagée. La piscine a débordement est magnifique et donne sur une vue mer imprenable.

L'insonorisation des chambres vue mer. On dirait qu'un mur de papier les sépare. Je pouvais entendre mes voisins marcher (et savoir avec quelle chaussure!), entendre l'eau de leur salle de bain coulée, entendre leur conversation, entendre leur lit qui grince, les entendre ouvrir fermer ouvrir fermer leur porte fenêtre, ranger leur affaire etc. Ils sembleraient qu'ils n'aient pas eu le mémo qui disait " soyez discrets avant 9h et après 20h " .. dommage.

Super zicht over Middellandse zee vanaf reuze (deels privatief) terras. Heerlijk zwembad. Volledig uitgeruste keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt om zelf ontbijt te voorzien en te koken.

Klein lekje in de badkamer was blijkbaar al eventjes aan de gang.

Traumhafter Ausblick und diese Ruhe, Herrlich

Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten ein sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer. Mit der Gemeinschaftsküche war es auch echt klasse 👍🏽 haben uns das erstmal etwas schwierig vorgestellt, war aber garnicht so! Der Pool war für unsere Tochter ein Traum. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und diese Ruhe!!! Genau perfekt wenn man einfach paar Tage abschalten möchte!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

Zwaar gedateerd

Diervriendelijk, Eigenaren komen vriendelijk over.

Weinig privacy t.o.v. van naastgelegen kamer. Matras is doorgezakt inclusief afwijkend linnengoed (ribbels slaapt niet lekker). Tuinstoel is kapot inclusief smerige stoelkussens Diverse lampjes in badkamer kapot Koelkast niet op temperatuur te brengen Blauwe regen niet bijgesnoeid waardoor zonnescherm moeilijk uitklapbaar is. Geen gevoerde gordijnen waardoor wij om 5.30 uur klaarwakker zijn. Voelen ons bezwaard om in het zwembad te zwemmen (grenst aan woonkamer eigenaren). Daardoor ga je niet zwemmen. Notabene de hoofdfoto op booking.com begint met het zwembad De eigenaar benadrukte dat zijn woonkamer aan het zwembad grenst. Eigenaren wonen boven ons in plaats van aan de achterzijde zoals vermeld in de tekst. Onderhoud in zijn totaliteit matig. De kamer voelt klam/muf aan. Conclusie: Prjjs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding. Handdoeken afgeschreven. Draden TV niet mooi weggewerkt. Te weinig beenruimte om op het toilet te zitten. Geen mogelijkheid om badkamer te ventileren.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit Sauna im Badezimmer, kleine Küchenecke im Apartment, große Gemeinschaftsküche mit sehr guter Ausstattung und Meerblick. Sehr nette Vermieter, tolles Gelände, mit großartigen Ausblick aufs Meer. Leider war es für den Pool noch zu kalt. Gerne wieder, mit etwas mehr Sonnenschein ☀️

Cazare foarte buna in apropiere se Saint Paul de Vence

Unitatea de cazare este o vila situata in partea de sus a Vence. Panorama este excepțională si este bine pusa in valoare de terasa generoasa si de balcoanele fiecărei camere. Exista o bucătărie comuna foarte încăpătoare si bine dotata. Gazdele sunt ca doi prieteni vechi pe care te bucuri sa ii revezi. Parcarea este in curte.

Séjour très agréable et emplacement exceptionnel à recommander

Panorama et vue exceptionnels. Belle chambre avec une petite terrasse privative. Grande salle de bain avec rangements et douche moderne et spacieuse. Les propriétaires très accueillants ! Piscine extérieure magnifique. Endroit très calme. Cuisine partagée très bien équipée.

Un tout petit bémol sur le fait de partager la cuisine !
