Welcome to our stunning 5 bedroom, 5 Bathroom pool and spa home newly renovated, freshly painted with Brand furnishings and hardwood flooring throughout. Why stay in a crowed hotel room when everyone can have their own private bedroom with Flat screen TV and bathroom. The kids will love the Frozen, Harry Potter and Mickey & friends themed bedrooms. Check out our New Encanto Glow in the dark game room with pool table and Foosball. This home also features a 50 inch flat screen TV in the living room along with upgraded cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Its is a huge open floor plan with plenty of seating at the large dining room table, the kitchen table and even poolside- great for enjoying meals together. The large pool and spa get plenty of sunlight and will be a huge hit for spending hours in the beautiful Florida sunshine. There is also FREE high speed wireless internet for your convenience .Private Pool and Hot tub. Complimentary BBQ for your family dining! We are located directly across from the children playground.
Safety and Security: We are a Private Gated community with 24 guards stand. Only registered guests may access the community and Villa. For your added security there is a security camera located above the front door of the villa. This is to comply with as requested by the HOA.

The original house we rented had a problem not long after we arrived and we decided we had to leave. We contacted this host (Laura) late in the evening and she was gracious enough to allow us to rent her property the next day. The property was magnificent and suited all of my family's needs. The host was extremely gracious and went out of her way to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Disney as you will not be disappointed. I just want to thank Laura again for everything.

Super cute themed rooms and a great game room! They provided plenty of items for use in the kitchen and it’s so spacious. Plenty of room for our family that consisted of parents, grandparents, and kid. Only thing is that the bathrooms are a bit outdated and Frozen room had a wierd spot on the ceiling, but not a deal breaker. Laura was very responsive when we added heating the pool last minute. Lesson learned- just add the pool heat from the beginning when offered.

Everything was amazing we absolutely loves it and would come back any day!!! My grand daughter was in the pool 7-8 every day :). Thank you sooo much!!!
