My experience was that the assistant was available to us at all times, and she also communicated via regular text messages, which was a huge help.The hot tub wasn't clean, but it was ready for us the next day. To be honest, I wouldn't go back to that area. All the amenities weren't that great; some were closed and others were too far away. I did like the hiking and the horses. The prices are good.It's easy to get lost in those mountains, especially because of the sign.
