George Hotel Rooms&Suites

The host was great! He was very flexible and was able to check us in despite us arriving very late. He was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and had everything needed and was on a great location as well with a comfortable parking.

The hotel itself is very nice. My room was spacious and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was excellent, my room was exceptionally clean every day. One of the biggest perks is the hotel’s proximity to Prinos Beach. You can easily walk there in about five minutes, and sunbeds are available for around €10–15.

The building is not very easy to find. There are three buildings next to each other, and there are no clear signs to indicate which one is the hotel. Although the building is within walking distance of the beach, it is quite far from downtown Himare. This is a bit of a double-edged sword: the location is quiet and peaceful, but it is not as convenient as staying closer to the city center. There was also a miscommunication regarding payment. Before my arrival, I asked the hotel which payment methods they accepted and was told that cards were accepted. However, upon check-in, I was informed that card payments were not available. For anyone wondering, you can pay by cash, Revolut, or bank transfer.

It was in a wonderful location. There was a lift and the courtyard was beautiful.
