Super clean and well maintained. Had real AC that worked. Room was a good size. Loved the little terrace and drying rack in front of my door. Dora was an incredible host!
Everything was amazing. Super minor, would’ve been nice to have a place to put toiletries in the shower but other than that, was great

We enjoyed our Stay at koks'guesthouse. From the moment we booked our room, Theodora sent us all necessary information to make our stay in Himare easy and comfortable. The room we stayed in, was nice with a beautiful view over the garden and the sea. It's simply decorated yet had all we needed. The most remarkable is the friendliness and hospitality of the hostess. Theodora and her mum really put effort into making you feel at home, they were very responsive and available. The breakfast was amongst the best and diverse we had in Albania. I'd I'd definitely recommend to try it out.
Everything was great. We just missed a holder to put our stuff in the shower but it's not a big deal.

Great location overlooking the sea. Lovely room with a balcony to sit on. Quiet but beside everything. Wonderful public beach at your doorstep. The hosts could not be better, so friendly and helpful.
