the balcony had the best view, so lucky to be just on the beach, very good location close to everything and their greek restaurant was amazing so a great place to try and so convenient just a few steps down from the property !
the bathroom wasn't the best but nothing to really complain about
the electricity only works when the key is in the holder so for example if you want to charge something up while you are out it will not work and there is a fridge too, we only used it for water bottles so it didn't really matter, but if you had food in there you might worry that the fridge turns off when the key is out of the holder

Location located on the beach near Taverna Andreea. We had a room with a view of the beach and the sea. The pictures on booking indicate the reality. We had dinner at the Andreas taverna, where the food is really good. We will be back!
The balcony terrace is uncovered and from 9 am to 9 pm you can't sit on it because of the sun. It would be advisable for the owners to put up an umbrella or a sunshade. Also, come up with a solution for the ants.

If I could rate the stay higher then I would, we came for 1 night and will stay for 5. The location is incredible, on the beach (not by) but on. You can see the sea from anywhere in the room, the balcony is large and spacious, everything is new and the room equipped with AC, fridge, modern TV and little additions like towels, toiletries too.
For the price it's pound for pound the best place I've stayed in, they could charge more! Double even! I can't praise the place highly enough. The view of the surrounding bay is worth the cost by itself.
Zero negatives, there's even a Greek restaurant next to the hotel which serves traditional food with friendly staff and a little shop for all the essentials too. Superb!

Everything was amazing, location superb, balcony over the beach and the sea. Comfortable bed, air con works great. Would go there again, happily. I hope they will fix quickly the water issue flooding the beautiful and huge bathroom they had while we were there. Keep up the good service guys!
Just water coming out of the bathroom floor. Everything about it is just perfect.
