Newley Renovated 2 Bedroom Ocean Front Villa in South Forest Beach!

Great host and property. Convenient first floor location. Heated pool which the kids loved. Would rent again!

Everything about the condo was exactly as described, and it was incredibly clean—which we truly appreciated! We loved having the beach chairs and the wagon available for our use; that was such a wonderful touch. It was sad to see that previous guests had left them covered in sand, which caused some rust on the wagon, but we did our best to clean it off for you. It’s so nice that you offer those amenities to your guests. The only thing we ran into was not having beach towels on hand, which we had to purchase since we all traveled from out of state. It might be a helpful note for future guests, but everything else truly was as promised! The communication from your team was wonderful. It was so reassuring to know that someone was readily available if needed, even though everything went so smoothly that we never had to reach out.Thank you for a wonderful and memorable trip—I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!Warmly,Kimberly

Great location and well equipped kitchen. We would love to return.

The cleanliness of the unit was not great at all. The couches/ chairs all had noticeable stains on them. The king bed when pulling back covers had hairs on the sheets. Feet would turn black from walking around on the floor for a few short minutes. The back slider was off the track we had to get back on track so door would even fully close and lock. We killed 6 spiders in our short stay one was in the bed. Countertops had sticky stuff on them in kitchen and we had to wipe them down. Overwhelming smell of plug ins. Were told we had until 11 am to check out the cleaning person was at the door at 9:52 telling us we had to leave and was very rude about it.
