The villa features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a combined living and dining area. As you cook, enjoy watching dolphins play in the waves right from your kitchen window! For your convenience, the villa includes wireless internet, and each bedroom and the living room are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
The master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa. Step out onto the well-appointed balcony from the living room to savor outdoor dining or simply relax as you watch the sunrise over the ocean.
Located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is just a short walk from Coligny Plaza, offering a variety of shops and dining options. The property sits approximately 70 yards from the ocean, ensuring stunning views and easy beach access.
The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset.
This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.
Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks products!

The property is exactly as listed. The view was incredible and the location was perfect. We easily fit our family of four including two teens. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication and check-in/out was smooth. We will absolutely return!

Resort and condo is clean and beautiful! If we weren't on the beach, we were enjoying everything from our valcony (deer, birds, dolphin, cargo ships, storms/rainbows and beach goers/kite surfers! Very relaxing and quiet condo/resort! We would definitely stay here again!
