In a secure residence, a beautiful, modern, air-conditioned villa of 84 m².

The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, WC, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite shower room, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite shower room and WC, and a balcony.
There is also a small mezzanine bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) (suitable for a child only).
On the garden level: a large, fully equipped white kitchen with a bar area and stools, a spacious living room with two large sofas, a coffee table, a television, and a dining area with a table and chairs.
A beautiful terrace with panoramic sea views, a swimming pool with a retractable cover that can enclose the pool and extend the terrace, and sun loungers.
Another terrace with garden furniture.
And below, a large terrace shaded by a large oak tree. A parking space in front of the villa entrance.
Additional services payable on site:
- Mandatory cleaning fee.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La vue est superbe, les équipements sont assez complets ( machine à café, bouilloire, grille pain, balance de cuisine, fer et table à repasser...) et la piscine chauffée est un plus. Je ne mets pas 5* car la maison nécessite qqs rafraîchissements. L'agence est nickel , RAS. Je conseille cette location qui est calme et reposante (location début juin 22).

Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour à la villa Julia. Tout était parfait et conforme à l’annonce. Un vrai paradis pour des vacances que nous voulions destressantes et reposantes. Objectif atteint. L’agence qui gère la location est sérieuse et attentives en cas de besoin.
