Discover our charming house, nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac where the sea greets you every morning. Enjoy a unique experience, immersed in the serenity of a place where majestic sea views are visible from every window. This privileged location creates an idyllic and peaceful setting, perfect for anyone looking for a beautiful seaside getaway.
Inside the house, there is a large, inviting living-dining room with two comfortable sofas, satellite TV with 300 mainly German channels, and an insert fireplace to warm your evenings. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen is designed to make your living moments convivial and memorable. The sleeping area includes three large bedrooms with spacious beds (160 and 180 cm) for a good night's sleep. There are also two bathrooms, one with a corner bath and the other with a shower, not to mention three WCs, ensuring comfort and convenience for all the family. Safety is assured for young children with secure staircases.
Outside, there are three terraces with tables and chairs for al fresco dining, one of which is semi-covered for year-round enjoyment. Your pets can roam safely in these areas, which also offer breathtaking views of the sea and harbour. The garden, inspired by Mediterranean landscapes, is a haven of peace. To enhance your leisure time, there is a boules table, a combined gas and wood barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers.
The area around our home is an invitation to relax, with evening walks along the floodlit shoreline, where the night-time spectacle of the sea offers moments of pure beauty. The exceptional proximity to the sea makes it easy to combine relaxing in our house with exploring the natural wonders of the region.
