Villa Matronas Titan is delightful 5 bedroom villa, divided over 3 floors is set in a private and quiet location close to both Kapparis and Pernera areas and with just a 5 minute drive to Protaras, it really is a great central location for exploring.
This detached villa has a generous private pool and bathing area with outside BBQ, kitchen and dining areas, plus a grass area perfect for a game of football.
Inside the villa is tastefully furnished and the open plan living, dining kitchen area makes it a great entertaining space. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering stay and there is also a twin bedroom on this floor with doors leading outside to the patio and garden area, plus a separate WC.
