Elegant and cozy apartment with a beautiful terrace in Rapallo center.
Located in the center of Rapallo, this apartment features two double bedrooms, both either with terrace or balcony, one bathroom, super-equipped kitchen, dining room with table and chairs and living room with sofa. The real heart of the house is the private garden equipped with outdoor furniture, tables, chairs and deck chairs, ideal for outdoor meals as well as drinks at sunset.
‘A Terrace on Rapallo’ is located in the city center but does not overlook the main streets, and is therefore a very quiet accommodation, ideal for those looking for relaxation. Convenient to all services and shops, it is 10 minutes walk from the station and the bus stop for the Riviera is located at the bottom of the private road. As for parking, you will also have access to a private parking space at no additional cost.

Famous for being the site of important peace treaties after the First World War, the city of Rapallo is located on the western part of Gulf Tigullio, and is also known for its seafront and the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Montallegro. The sumptuous defensive castle of Rapallo overlooks the ligurian sea and it's surrounded by small beaches, bordered by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Do not miss the only one of the five remaining doors of the ancient “Borgo Murato”, the “Porta delle Saline”, which overlooks the sea and houses the Baroque altar with the Madonna di Montallegro.
Convenient to all services and shops, it is 10 minutes walk from the station and the bus stop for the Riviera is located at the bottom of the private road. The closest airport of Genoa Cristoforo Colombo is around 40 km away from the apartment.

Liegt in einem Wohngebiet mit mehrstöckigen Wohnhäusern aus den 70/ 80 Jahren, was auf den Fotos nicht zu erkennen ist. Obwohl die lebhafte, quirliche Stadt nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist, war es wirklich unglaublich ruhig und erholsam.

L'appartamento è ampio e nonostante l'arredamento sia un po' datato ha tutti i comfort necessari. Bello il giardino da sfruttare soprattutto nella bella stagione. Inoltre molto utile il posto auto.

appartamento molto grande anche se datato sono state fatte migliorie, comodo il posto auto. personalmente troppo lontano dal mare per poterci andare a piedi, comodo il giardinetto essendo andata con il cane.
