Located just steps from iconic King Street! Named one of the best shopping streets in the country by U.S. News and World Report. While plenty of chains live on King, there is also a solid share of locally owned establishments that will make it easy to stick to your Buy Local goals. Upper King is arguably the hottest district in town with high-end restaurants, bustling bars, and tons of unique shops and boutiques. If you want Gucci - LuLu Lemon or Pottery Barn, that's also steps away on King Street. Just across the street is one of the best downtown Wine Bars. One of MANY quaint establishments steps away from you.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Charleston bike taxi & Charleston Rickshaw, green taxi or yellow cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Outstanding location making walking throughout downtown very easy. The property is freshly updated. The four bedrooms and three full baths ensures comfort for a party of eight. Owners are very responsive and focus on the guest experience. This is a can’t go wrong selection.

The kitchen definitely needs a few items...it was a bit stark. The TVs didn't work, but we called and they came to fix right away. There is a definite "bug" problem...large palmetto bugs, we killed about 6. Overall a very attractive property and very comfortable. Great Location tho a tiny bit noisy in the am..(probably can't be avoided given the location)...I would recommend.

Very nice location and charming building. However one bedroom was unusable due to ants in the bed. The host was not very helpful and one in our party had to sleep on the couch the first night. Beware that the apartment is poorly isolated so you will be woken up by outside noice. The host had gardeners coming at 8 am with motorized equipment to do maintenance on the porch and around the house. Fire alarm went off too and water was coming down from the ceiling. Overall very chaotic two-day stay.
