With a location in the heart of the Lake Norman area, this house has it all. Enjoy swimming in the lake, fishing in the private cove, or relaxing on the dock sitting area. Inside, take advantage of the cozy living room, which has Roku TV, quick wifi, new hardwood floors, and a working fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, spacious countertops, and bar area. Cookware, utensils, cups, plates, mugs and silverware are included. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in the dining area, covered porch or dock sitting area.
Sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. Guests may also sleep on the couches in the living room or on the inflatable mattress that is provided.
The house is conveniently close to I-77 exits 36 and 33, with access to great shopping, restaurants and attractions.

We loved our stay. The home is a clean, humble lake house with everything we needed. We spent our time on the lakeside porch smelling the spring gardenias, watching fireflies, listening to the birds, and enjoying the quiet cove. The landscaping is incredible too. The owner has a green thumb and obviously tends to the flowers and foliage. We spotted four deer on the property when we returned from a boat outing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cleanliness is my highest priority and this met it with stars! The plants are beautiful with a wonderful soft scent. Kayaking was a great bonus. There are learning curve quirks: Door handle goes up not down, shower hot water is on the cold side, toilet is not bolted down, bed sinks in the middle, ladder on the dock is not bolted down (be careful), washing machine cycles are off. A small investment in a handyman, new mattress and power spay the outside cushions would make this wonder rustic cottage less rustic. Overall we loved it here!

We stayed here as a wedding night get away and it was just what we needed. The area is quite and the lake was amazing. The 2 fire pits make a great spot to sit and relax.

The outside of the house is the best part of this property. Beautiful serene view and covered patio, and fire pit etc….very nice. The bedrooms inside could use some TLC. There needs to be bedside tables on each side of the bed for water and phone. And the shower is tricky. Hard to figure out how to get the hot water. The toilet should also be bolted to the ground or wall. It rocks when you sit on it. Spacious living room and kitchen area.
