Located in Lake Norman of Catawba, this beautiful house offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and shower, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. The living room provides an additional sleeping space with a comfy futon. Out check-in was seamless, and host was very focused on out having a 5 star experience. All of the perks were as advertised and functional for our visit. The location was ideal for our trip, and the deck, view from the front was immaculate .There were some bumps, and being a newer listing, that is to be expected. The host was very interested in our feedback and is looking to continue improving.

We had a nice stay at the Utopia House overlooking Lake Norman. Great location to food and the lake. I would recommend it for a relaxing stay anytime of the year.
