The most spacious of all our properties, the Gran Bahama villas offer more than 1,700 square feet of living area, perfect for larger families looking for accommodation near the Magic Kingdom. This villa boasts a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, along with a queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. Each unit includes a highchair and portable play yard, for families traveling with infants. The Gran Bahama villas also feature two full bathrooms - with the master bath featuring dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. With a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry room, the Gran Bahama Villa has all the conveniences of home combined with all the amenities of a resort. So whether you start your day off with a coffee on the screened-in balcony of your villa, a swim in one of Bahama Bay's four pools, or a walk around the beautifully maintained grounds...Bahama Bay is an ideal location for your next Orlando vacation.

Place was very clean. Very easy to check in and room was very clean. The pool and ground are well kept and the staff was very helpful and polite ,

Decided to go to Orlando in late February on 3-week notice and was thrilled to find this location.
3 large bedrooms with king, queen and twin beds provided plenty of room for 5 large adults, and a full kitchen and dining area was great for dinners and cards.
Only complaint I would have is lack of smart TV so stuck watching cable (or bring your HDMI cable)
Rest of facilities included multiple pools and hot tub locations, one of which is attached to a restaurant/bar. (A second location would normally have bar service, but they had a staffing shortage).
Nice walking trails and a play area for kids were bonus touches.
5 minutes from grocery stores and decent restaurants (we liked Thailicious 29) and 25 min from Disney, a little longer to Universal and this place had everything we needed.
And the cost was less expensive than many hotels in the area. Amazing value.

The space is very roomy. The owner needs to get new mattresses. The beds were uncomfortable. New couches are also needed. It is strange to have one sitting on the floor. We enjoyed our time in this big space but know it could be a better experience with improvements. Staff is great and having a choice of four pools was fun.
