This home includes a queen-size bed in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and two full bathrooms. Perfect for vacationers with children, this villa also includes a crib and a high chair. The large, fully equipped kitchen has all the major appliances, crockery, cookware, utensils, and glassware, so you can stay in and have family meals in the dining area. Two large televisions with included cable channels mean different groups can stretch out in the spacious living area and in the main bedroom to enjoy different programming at the same time.

The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, you can enjoy cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more!

The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
