- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

The flat was good size, the kitchen facilities were good and the shower in the bathroom is big. The big downside is the sofa bed in the living room, which needs to be replaced since the mattress is very uncomfortable. Furthermore the location of the flat is very central but overnight this results in a lot of noise coming from outside.

Great proximity/walking distance to everything in La Jolla! The portable AC unit was great to keep the bedroom cool for this really hot days. I could see how the surrounding restaurant noise may be heard, especially on popular dining nights, but overall not as loud as I expected.

Loved the space - clean, organized, simple. Great location to all the hot spots of La Jolla. Given the location, we were a bit concerned about the noice on the street but the scene was relatively calm so so we slept great. Highly recommended

Stayed at this property on a Sunday through Wednesday and it worked out great for us. Awesome location in the middle of La Jolla Village and easy walks to food, coffee, wine, etc. It was also an easy walk down to the cove. The noise from the neighborhood wasn’t too bad and we had the portable AC running in the bedroom which did drown out some Prospect St noise. We cooked a meal in and kitchen accessories were very nice and new. Parking did turn into a pain at times with all spots close to the house being 2 hour parking. In hindsight we probably wouldn’t have rented a car and just did ride share so we didn’t have to deal with that aspect. All in all, we’d definitely stay here again. Super clean and seemed very recently re-done. Enjoyed our stay.

The vacation rental was exactly as pictured. It's clean, nice, and everything works. The location is superb, and the communication with the property manager was VERY good. They are very responsive and took care to answer all my questions promptly and thoughtfully. I'd recommend staying here!

Great location!
We had a great 4th of July weekend in San Diego! This apartment is convenient to downtown La Jolla and was very consistent with all the other reviews - we enjoyed several nice dinners at Duke's, which is literally three doors down from here. We never really had a problem with finding a free parking spot and often was literally right across the street from the apartment. As mentioned in the other reviews, the mornings were very noisy with trash (and I think we had it mild because it was a holiday weekend). The evening noise died down around 9:30/10:00pm. The property management company was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to any of our communications. Also, a hair dryer and some basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) were provided if that can save you some packing space. Thanks for a great stay!!
