You will absolutely love your stay at Sedona Saddlerock Retreat. This is a fabulous property that is just a half-mile from AZ-89A, putting you close to the many wonderful restaurants and shopping options offered. For those who want to explore the great outdoors, you will be close to many popular hiking trails as well.
This one-level home is spacious offering 2,669 square feet, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and gorgeous views throughout the entire home. This property can very comfortably sleep up to six guests. You can even bring along your furry family members, as up to two dogs are allowed (with prior approval and $200 non-refundable fee).
You will enter this gorgeous adobe-style home through the quaint gated entry and courtyard. When you step in through the front door, you will be greeted by the great room, which holds the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The entire space is open and airy with plenty of natural light and views.
Living Room: Features a leather reclining sofa and chair, a Smart TV, and a warm and cozy gas fireplace. Also, off the living room is a wonderful Zen space complete with yoga mats/blocks.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a gas stovetop and convection oven. The gorgeous granite countertops offer lots of space for meal prep and entertaining. Enjoy the natural light provided by the skylight and take advantage of the kitchen bar with seating for three.
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six and is surrounded by numerous windows allowing you to enjoy the natural light and red rock views. Plus this area has convenient patio access.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, patio access. The private bathroom has double sinks, a soothing jetted soaking tub and a separate tile shower with double showerheads. You can even access the patio from this room.
Bedroom 2 and 3 – Queen bed, Smart TV, and access to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor/Patio areas:
The private backyard is spacious and comfortable. Relax in the shade, enjoy the sun or gaze at the stars while sitting around the charming outdoor gas fireplace. The wrap-around patio provides many additional seating areas and more of those stunning red rock views. The front courtyard is lovely and includes a clay chiminea.

Beautiful, bright cozy and comfortable home with very comfy master bed! Tons of windows which I love. Amazing yard and patio areas to enjoy the views. Perfect house for my dog to stay in too, as it included a dog door and gated backyard area. I would definitely book again.

The house overall was nice and the neighborhood was peaceful. The only reason I’m not giving it a higher rating is because the guest bathroom is completely infested with ants. To the point where I’d have to pick them off the toilet with toilet paper just to go to the bathroom. For how much it costs I’d at least expect it to be sanitary and clean.
