Gorgeous custom built house located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes away from the freeway, and a 50-min drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. The mall, supermarkets, and Costco are all less than 6-min drive away.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeper couch in the living room can be turned into a full size bed so up to 8 guests can stay in the vacation house.

The house was great and perfectly located. My only negative remark was in trying to reach the property manager. I tried calling and texting Charlie and he never responded.

The home was fine. The screened in small area in the back was a mess, ripped up. The master bathroom had a few troubles like the sink drained very slowly and the toilet kept running. When my husband went to sit on the bed, the bricks that were propping it up fell. Seems there had been an issue before.
