Location, pool area was very nice. AC, worked well with simple controls.
Nice walk in shower, huge master bath with 2 sinks, big screen TV with lots of Cable channels.
Easy access to Disney without battling 192 east to Disney main entrance. Take Avalon north to Disney entrance called Western Way. Turn right at light and come out by Coronado Springs.

Location is good. Place was clean and comfortable. Screened in porch was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Improvements -- supply the coffee filters for coffee pot. Dryer too loud and it needs maintenance. Some lights did not work. Pillows on the couch were coming apart.
Better mattress for the king bed.

I’ve stayed at this place a couple of times and the other condos are nice and well kept but this condo is well kept up. The condo is clean, but things here and there need to be fixed. The fan in the master bedroom doesn’t really work well. The bed is uncomfortable broken and slanted. You get what you pay for.
