Quaint clean space with lots of room. Would stay again. Only issue we had was the tile floor throughout kitchen and bathroom make sounds echo and very slippery when wet.

We booked Caribe Cove for a trip to watch our son play college baseball. There were several baseball teams staying at the complex. We didn't hear a peep. The resort was quiet and set back in a wooded preserve. The location was perfect!! Not too busy but close enough to get to baseball, Disney, and eating and shopping all within 20 minutes. The only negative would be the rooms could use a little updating as they are showing some wear and tear but other than that, would definitely recommend Caribe Cove!!!!

The apartment need improvements. Floor carpet broken. Old furniture. Stains in the sofa. Mold in the air conditioned conduct grilles. And Vacasa as administrator needs to ensure the cleanliness of the apartments. We found dust in the kitchen and other areas. Stains of food in the kitchen cabinets. Towels with stains.
