The most spacious of all our properties, the Grand Bahama villas offer more than 1,700 square feet of living area, perfect for larger families looking for accommodation near the Magic Kingdom. This villa boasts a king-sized bed in the bedroom, along with a queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. There is also a queen-sized sofabed in the living area. Each unit includes a highchair and portable play yard, for families travelling with infants. The Gran Bahama villas also feature two full bathrooms - with the primary bath featuring dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. With a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry room, the Grand Bahama Villa has all the conveniences of home combined with all the amenities of a resort. So whether you start your day off with a coffee on the screened-in balcony of your villa, a swim in one of Bahama Bay's four pools, or a walk around the beautifully maintained grounds...Bahama Bay is an ideal location for your next Orlando vacation.
The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts amenities like shared pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, there are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort.
The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more!
The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Outdoor parking is available at no charge.
Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.
Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

If you’re looking for a home away from home place to stay for your Disney vacation, this is it. Condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need, decorated and comfortable just like home. We lacked for nothing! Highly recommend.

This place is a dream! It is just perfect and makes you feel at home. It is convenient and not far from great restaurants and shops and if you are going to the parks, it is only 25 minutes away. The pools and splash pads are so fun and the staff is incredible! They truly make you feel special. I have nothing but positivity about this condo!!!! My family and I loved it!!!

This home was perfect for our stay! The location is nice and the unit itself is well stocked. You can tell the owners really care about their home and have put a lot of thought into everything.
It was very clean and the front desk was quick to respond when we needed something. We loved the location in the complex- it's adjacent to the pool, restaurant, and the lake. We had a great time and would be happy to stay again!
