About this apartment rental
This 2nd floor condo was built in 2005 and has an enchanting tropical decor throughout and has an ideal location with beautiful views of the bay from the living room or balcony.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has two extra long twin-sized beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, double on bottom and twin on top and an extra twin bed. A small half bedroom, should you need more room, has a day twin bed and twin-sized trundle bed.
High speed internet is included. There is a garage and one outside gravel space. No pets allowed, sorry.

8 of us spent 4 days at this property and loved it. Location is great and was just as advertised. Communication with host was excellent! Would stay here again!

The location was perfect and the views were stunning.
Pros: great location, view of the bay, quiet neighborhood, steps from the bay and only 2 minute walk to the ocean, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping, 1 great parking pad spot (plus 1 garage spot useful only for sub-compact or smaller vehicle), lots of beach equipment and toys (kayak, paddle board, boogie boards, chairs, etc.), plenty of sleeping space for 8 to 10 people.
Cons: furniture was not very comfortable,
no smart tvs, some pillow cases and towels had not been washed before us (we bought new pillows and cases the second day we were there), washing maching was loud and seemed pretty tired.
Overall, it was great for us and we would stay there again.

This property is perfectly located right on Mission Bay with spectacular serene view of the Bay at all times of the day! Very close to everything, and the ocean is just a few blocks away. Just a wonderful place.
