Only blocks from Forsyth Park, Chateau on Tattnall is located on a tree-lined, quiet, street on the residential side of the Historic District. This spacious townhouse accommodates 7 Lucky guests comfortably, with all of the high-end amenities one could dream of!
Upon arrival, guests enter into the wide open living area. Spacious and bright, the floor to ceiling windows overlook tree-lined Tattnall Street. There is ample seating for the whole family, and friends. Rightfully so, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out, or your morning gathering spot to plan your day.
Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.
Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms each fitted with blackout curtains for an easy nights rest! The first is the primary bedroom with a King size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with marble tile floors. The second guest room features a king size bed and spacious closet, while the third offers two plush twin size beds. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo just outside the hall. Chateau on Tattnall was the perfect setting for our long weekend in Savannah. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious enough for our group of six friends. So many special touches and everything we needed during our stay. The location was within walking distance to all the squares and everything in between. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us. Would definitely stay here again!
