4th floor, consisting of a main room / living room with open kitchen and equipped with television, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, dishwasher.
two bedrooms with 160 cm bed, shower room, WC. 12 m² terrace with dining area. private car park, elevator. collective swimming pool open in season from June to September.
garage and bicycle storage.
Optional extras: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the key (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towel: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
End of stay cleaning option to ask the agency: 90 euros
Rental WIFI BOX: 39 € / week
Pet package: 18 € / week.
You will be asked to regularize the deposit of your rental, the link will be sent 10 days before your arrival and will be made imperatively before your arrival (no cash or check).
We are authorized Holiday Cheques.

The keys are to be picked up at the agency Citygest between 15h and 18h.

L’appartement est situé idéalement : nul besoin de véhicule pour profiter des commerces et de la plage. Piscine dans la résidence idéale pour les jours de tramontane.
