The house is mostly built in 1958 in the French colonial style, has two bedrooms, each with a shower and sink, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate toilet, as well as a living room with sofa bed, open fireplace and wonderful Canigou view and on the ground floor a living room with folding element. The kitchen is on the first floor, from there is access to the terrace. There is washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave. Cooking with gas, hot water and heating with electricity. The house is complete except for bed and table linen and towels for max. 6-8 people furnished. The orchard - approx. 1700 square meters - is 1.5 km from the house and accessible to every garden lover.
