The studio is located on the second and top floor of a quiet, very well-maintained residence. Parking is free within the residence.
It is just a short walk from the small port of La Madrague and its restaurants, convenience store, newsstands, tobacco shop, etc.
You can also enjoy the area’s beaches and the coastal trail that leads to the port of Alon.
The large Lecques Beach is a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment features an entryway with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.
A living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, glass-ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator).
The living room also features a new and very comfortable sofa bed for two people. It opens onto a 6-square-meter balcony offering a panoramic view of La Ciotat Bay.
The apartment is fully equipped for up to 4 people, ideally two adults and two children.
You’ll be welcomed and escorted to the apartment upon your arrival.

Access to the pool is available for an additional fee (60 euros per stay, as it is reserved exclusively for guests).
Sheets and bath towels can be provided for a fee of 10 euros per person.

Das Studio ist sehr schön gelegen in Fußgehentfernung zu einem kleinen Strand zum Schnorcheln und einem Sandstrand. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig, der Meeresblick vom Balkon mit täglichem Sonnenuntergang perfekt. Das 1-Zimmer-Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es kann ein großzügiger Gemeinschaftspool dazugebucht werden, was sich auf jeden Fall lohnt.
