Une situation pratique dont l accès s effectue exclusivement via des escaliers.
Il s agit d un appartement « dans son jus ». Le second lit de la chambre est en réalité un lit d appoint en fer.

Personnel de l'agence très compétent, à l'écoute et très disponible. Appartement très bien situé, vue magnifique, appartement agréable.
Literie a revoir, pas de vrai canapé en lit double en 140 ( 4 couchages simple en 90) et de qualité très moyenne. Absence d'emplacement de parking individuel, difficile de se garer (emplacements restreints).

la vue magnifique à 180°. L'appartement suffisamment grand
la literie trop ancienne, pas confortable du tout, manque un peu de matériel en cuisine; on s'est servi du grille pain une fois , la fois d'après , il ne marchait plus
