Completed in June 2017, this detached vacation home is located across from a small boat dock in Borne and offers a view of the Bodden from its large balcony.
The property’s two lovingly furnished bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One bedroom features a double bed and access to the balcony, while the other has two single beds. In the latter, a third low single bed can be pulled out to accommodate a fifth person.
The shower room is also located on this floor, and its modern design creates a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere.
The living area connects the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a stylish dining area and a comfortable upholstered seating area, which, together with a flat-screen TV, serves as a TV nook. The cozy ambiance of this area is complemented by the wood-burning stove in the center of the room and the coin-operated sauna (€2 for 1.5 hours) in the adjacent room. Those traveling with (young) children will also appreciate the washing machine in the storage room.
In addition to the large balcony, this vacation home features a beautiful furnished terrace with a garden area. There is space for 2 cars on the property. A garden shed is available for bicycles.
