The beautiful holiday home is located between Arezzo (18 km) and Cortona (12 km), on the hills near Castiglion Fiorentino (3 km away), a very charming medieval village. The location of the villa is breathtaking, overlooking the valley, the olive groves and the village of Castiglion F.no.
The house is very comfortable and very well furnished in Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and roof beams.
It is divided on two floors. Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, exit to the veranda / terrace and pool overlooking the valley, a small dining room with kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with Shower. First floor: 2 double bedrooms with a balcony and a wonderful view, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with a shower tray. Mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Internet wi fi.
The house is surrounded by a garden with olive trees and has a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (12x6, open May-Sept, with jacuzzi corner, and waterfall jacuzzi), parasols and sun loungers, a laundry room and a barbecue area, a finally a Jacuzzi.
Thanks to its quiet location, the holiday home is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday as well as for excursions in Tuscany. Siena is 60 km away, Montepulciano 35 km, and Pienza 45 km. The owner lives in a house next to it and is available if the guests need anything.
The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi. Not included and to be paid on site: deposit € 700. Air conditioning € 1 / Kw, bath towels € 4 / person, additional bed linen and towels € 25 / person, heating € 5 / mc, visitor's tax.
