Close to the medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino. Beautiful villa situated only 1 km outside the medieval and characteristic village of Castiglion Fiorentino, reachable with a shot walk, endowed with shops, cafés and restaurants. Garden, swimming pool and external equipment. All around the house a wide, 6000 m2, partially fenced garden. For the exclusive use of our guests: the gazebo, equipped with table and chairs, the barbecue, the lovely swimming pool (size m. 5x10, depth m. 1,40-2,00 - open from 01st May to 30th September) and a solarium area equipped with sun beds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. On a side of the garden the owner's house, who will be a discreet and certain presence for any information or need. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome.Aristocratic and elegant finish and furnishing. The internal finish and the furniture are very well refined and each room is characterised by hand made painting which give to the house an elegant and aristocratic feel. There are some pieces of period and valuable furniture.
