Excellent villa, spotless and in a great location, The house is fully equipped with all necessities, Patrick was very welcoming and made us feel at home, I highly recommend this place!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe von der schönen Altstadt Labin. Die Altstadt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt dort gute Restaurant's und einen Minimarkt, wo man auch Kleinigkeiten einkaufen kann. In der Stadt Labin gibt es Supermärkte und eine Markthalle mit frischem Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch, die mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min zu erreichen sind. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und schön, mit einem großen, gepflegten Pool. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn es ein Anliegen gab, hat er sich sofort gekümmert.
Leider war es etwas schwierig, einen Hundestrand zu finden. Aber in Ravni haben wir einen sehr schönen Hundestrand gefunden. In Rabac gibt es den Maslinica beach, der auch sehr schön ist, jedoch nicht für Hunde gestattet. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

Wie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, entspricht den Bildern auf der Webseite. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Weiter zu empfehlen.

Haus und Einrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung, Meer, einkaufen benötigt man das Auto. Für Menschen die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß Spind, zwingend notwendig das Auto. Haus, Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt und ist weiter zu empfehlen. Vermieter sehr nett
