The glistening pool overlooks Istria's rich and beautiful landscape as well as the coast on the horizon. Head indoors and you'll be in awe of the villa's quirky yet fabulous design! Spread over three floors and consisting of five spacious bedrooms, Villa Rosa Labin can cater for 10 guests making it suitable for multiple families and larger groups. There is even a secondary kitchen on the lower ground floor, as well as a games room and a wine cellar featuring local wines ready for you to taste (and then purchase if you wish!). You'll discover interesting characteristics everywhere you look at Villa Rosa Labin, including a bare rock feature from which the property was hewn.

If you want to venture out, Labin's historic town is split into two, the famous walled town full of interesting architecture, and the newer commercial area further down the hill which offers plenty of restaurants and shops. For beach lovers, the popular resort of Rabac is slightly further away
