Bright and sunny end-unit family home located 1 block to the boardwalk and beach. Every level has ocean views. New stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. 2 parking permits and 6 beach passes included in the rental (no garage available).
One block away from the Ocean. Boardwalk, water park, rides, mini golf, cable car and arcades are all within a short walk. Walking distance from CVS and ACME Supermarket.
Ideal for family vacations.
The property has 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with King size bed, full bath with shower and balcony.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with Queen size bed and full bath with shower
Bedroom 3: Bedroom with Full size bed and a shared bathroom with shower in bath and a shared balcony.
Bedroom 4: Bedroom with 2 Twin Size beds and a shared bathroom with shower in bath and a shared balcony.
Kitchen and dining area with flat screen TV, sitting area and balcony with table and chairs
Living room with couch and flat screen smart TV and a balcony.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
8 beach passes ($100 to replace if lost)
2 parking passes ($500 to replace if lost)
Fresh cleaned lines and pillows are provided.
Towels are provided but not beach towels.
Wi-Fi is provided and smart TVs with Roku so you can use your own streaming services. Your apps and credentials will automatically be deleted on the day of check out.

Overall great experience - Dirk was very responsiveness and answered all questions quickly. Check in was seamless and everything was as stated in the listing. The house was clean and had all the essentials. Great location, only a couple blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We had a great stay, thanks Dirk!
