About this campground/ rv resort rental
2/2 Beach house on salt water canal 100 yards to the inter-coastal. House has a private dock - great for fishing. It is in a gated community with private boat ramp. Also about a 5 minute walk to club house with pool and private beach. There is lots of dining options to chose from, some a very short walk and some within a very short drive. This beautiful beach house has been completely remodeled inside with new floors, paint, bathrooms, and granite counter tops. If you are looking for a beach getaway for the family or just you this is the place. House is stocked with all the things you will need to just relax and enjoy yourself. Bring your boat and enjoy the beautiful waters that Florida has to offer. The boat lift will accommodate up to a 25 foot boat with an 8'6" center beam or less. There is plenty of parking in front of the house for up to 2 cars/trucks; however you will need to make arrangements to park your boat trailer. There is a place you can store it less than 1 mile down the road for a fee. I can get you the information and you can work out the details with them. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This is the best of all things, boatable canal to offshore or inshore fishing, beach, pool, restaurants close by. Cute town with live music and great food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Chris was very responsive and helpful! We found a live bait guy in Manatee Pocket for offshore(when there he is on an unmarked boat across from the park).
