About this house rental
This fully renovated property is located in a quiet beach front community and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and beautiful beach days. This home sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The property has cable TV, wifi, and a desk. This location couldn't be better. There are a multitude of outdoor recreation possibilities as well as night life, entertainment, tiki bars, resorts, and shopping nearby. A golf cart and beach gear are included with this property. The community has a large beachside pool and a recreation center with a gym, as well as 3 bath houses and a boat ramp.
Beach, river, or offshore fishing is excellent in this area. This is a paddlers and boaters paradise. If you are looking to lounge at the beach or pool, these beaches are endless and our private beach access means no crowds. The pool is the largest community pool on the island, with plenty of lounge chairs, a tiki hut, and room to spread out. Nightlife is amazing nearby with downtown Jensen Beach and downtown Stuart. Quality live music with no cover charge can be found at many locations any night of the week.
If you prefer a lifeguard, there are life gaurded beaches close, at Jensen Beach/Turtle Beach and Stuart Beach, as well as Waveland Beach. Resorts and restaurants are nearby and shopping is a dream in Jensen Beach and Stuart.
Load up the golf cart with your beach gear for the day and take a short ride across Ocean Drive to the community's clubhouse, pool, and beach. Explore the WMV community in your golf cart, and drive to the boat ramp at the west end to watch the sunset over the beautiful Indian River Lagoon.
The community boat ramp is also the perfect place to launch your kayak or paddle board.

So, life's been crazy and hectic and the family absolutely needed a vacation. We wanted to escape the cold, unplug and just do nothing at beach or pool. This VRBO hit every need on our list! Easy walk to beach, access to private association pool, walk to excellent restaurants, stores - location wise, just perfect. Then the unit itself - spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. I had done a VRBO a few months back in New Hampshire and the beds and pillows were awful. NOT the case here, everything was top-shelf. We left feeling like we could retire here someday. If you want to unplug, 5 mins to a beautiful beach and unwind - you've found your spot!

This house on Hutchinson Island is perfect for an overnight stay or for two weeks like I did. It has all the amenities that you need to make your stay feel like home. The decor is perfect for Florida life -- fun and relaxing. The hosts are very friendly and when I did run into a problem, they were quick to handle the situation. Didn't drive the golf cart, but it would have been fun to drive around and check out the area.
