A tropical Villa nestled within The Reef Resort, This gorgeous private poolside Villa is Ideal for your next family vacation! Recently renovated 69 Reef Resort is modern and spacious, and located adjacent to the main lagoon pool - You have direct access to the pool area from this Villa, with lush tropical plantings providing privacy.
Upstairs there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with balconies and a family bathroom.
Downstairs is the second bathroom, powder room and laundry, open plan and air-conditioned living, dining and fully equipped kitchen complete with outdoor setting for four.
69 Reef Resort has fresh tropical interior style and comfortable lounge suite and Sealy beds.
The Resort itself offers Restaurant and Bar, including poolside service at the main pool - pay as you go.
The local shuttle bus stops at the Resort reception to take you in or out of town, so there is no need for a hire car. Four Mile Beach is a 5 minute leisurely stroll away, where once there you can walk uninterrupted all the way along into town and Macrossan Street.

The unit was very clean and has had a recent renovation. Decor really nice as well. Kitchen is well equipped. The pool area was lovely and a nice place to relax and cool down. There are 2 bathrooms but there is not an ensuite. It wasn’t really a problem for us but we sort of assumed with 2 bathrooms one would be an ensuite. Would highly recommend this unit and we were 2 couples so represented good value.

Loved staying at this Villa. Clean, cool great facilities and close to the pool and resturant/bar. Bec was super helpful with any questions we had/booking. We will be back, cheers!

First I want to say the property was in great condition. Everything was very clean. The problem was with communication. There was no welcome book left with information on how to work things and things to do in the area.
We were unable to work the oven until I had to find the model # and look it up on the internet. We never figured out the stovetop. There was no shower items in the downstairs bathroom, which meant the three of us adults had to share the upstairs shower. No replacement bags for the trash cans. How to work the tv. No communication on how to leave the house when we left.
