They included the number to get into the lockbox but didn't state we had to press the # key at the end to get in. We eventually got in.
We had 6 people staying there and not enough toilet paper. We had to buy our own rolls. We paid $1000s of dollars surely a bottle of dishwashing liquid could've been included instead of those tiny packets of dishwasher.

This resort is located close to all amenities. Very quiet and calm. My kids loved the pool. Nice clean and beautiful perfect for the hot days. The House was full of kitchen facilities that we used for our stay. There was 2 Tv living room and bed room with Netflix and internet speed was very good. There was 3bed rooms each had balconies, Beds were comfortable had enough pillows blankets. I loved the fact that before our arrival they kept all the fans aircon on to make sure the house is nice and cool as the weather was extremely hot.
Overall we had a great time and our family enjoyed a lot.
Nothing much to dislike.
