This vibrant vacation 4-bedroom home is located in the private golfing community of Highlands Reserve.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen with white appliances and granite countertops. There is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove for guests. There is a dining area which can easily accommodate six and a smaller dinette set which can seat four. There is a lovely living room area with comfortable couch and flat-screen TV. There is a master suite complete with king-sized bed and a private, full bathroom attached. Another bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the remaining two have twin beds. All of the bedrooms have ample closet space for storage.

There is a private pool and spa with a screened in patio and no neighbors to the rear of the property. There is also a game room with pool table, foosball table, and darts as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer.

There are many choices for restaurants and retail stores just minutes away.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. We also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $30.00 / per day - 5 day minimum and must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: This property is are NOT pet-friendly. if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged $500 per pet for violating the policy. If we find evidence of pets after your departure, you will be charged $500 for violating the pet policy. If additional cleaning is required, you will be charged an additional $500. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees,

No Smoking - If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. No parties are allowed.

In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, Love Rentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $35 covers up to $1,000 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
