This beautifully furnished, fully updated 4 bed/ 3 bath single story pool home with 2 x Master En-Suites and 2 x Twin bedrooms (who share a full bathroom) is in the very popular GOLFING COMMUNITY of Highlands Reserve. This lovely peaceful home has quartz counter tops with a breakfast bar and two stools, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new flat screens TVs in the spacious living area and all bedrooms. There is much attention to detail throughout this lovely home. Laminate flooring in all rooms and tile in the bathrooms. This home has an updated WIFI system (which is free to Guests) so you can stay in touch with both home and your office whilst you are on vacation. In the Mickey themed garage, there is a pool table for Guest use.

The outside pool area has a table and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the Florida sunset whilst sipping a cocktail or eating Al Fresco. There is a UNIQUE PRIVACY SCREEN showing a stunning MURAL OF THE BEACH in the pool lanai, which adds to the relaxing ambience for your vacation! It has also access to bath and toilet from the lanai area.
