Waterside Dreams is located directly on the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach. This beachfront retreat grants you private access to the sugar-white sands. This home was remodeled in 2020 with new decks, furniture, lighting, kitchen, and furnishings. Amenities include grand balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a grill, hammocks, and smart TVs. From March to October, we include a daily luxury beach chair setup of 2 chairs and an oversized umbrella.
The interior of Waterside Dreams is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. The kitchen, living area, first-floor bedroom, and top king bedroom offer incredible views.

Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to two standard vehicles. No Xl vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed.Additional parking may be found at any public lots throughout the Destin area.

*Check Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
Walk to adjoining shops and restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island.
This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. The guest is responsible for purchasing additional items.
Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.
Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!
PET POLICY This property is dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs, each weighing under 50 lbs, provided they are well-trained. A $350 flat pet fee per dog, per stay applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dog(s) during their stay. Please note that if pets are not declared prior to booking, an additional non-refundable charge may apply. To avoid this, please ensure all pet details are shared before travel. Please inquire for any special circumstances or exceptions.

The beach access was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was also great to have grass to walk our pet.The parking was a challenge for SVUs and very narrow. The couch was extremely uncomfortable which made the living room a place that was not fully enjoyed.

It was exactly as described. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The property manager was very easy to get in touch with and replied quickly. The only thing that wasn’t the best was the parking. Very crowded and small. Other than that, we had the best time!!

Check in was slow...at 4:20 I sternly told the cleaner to leave after asking twice,she had a young child with her. To properly clean a unit that large, I hope she had some help earlier in the day.
The main living space sliding door is hard to open,if you look at it you can see that it is sitting crooked in the frame.To make matters worse, the exterior handle is installed upside down or backwards. If the door is shut,there is no space to insert fingers to open the door.
There is a row of 2X6 's installed over the existing
2X6's? They are not fastened or installed correctly.This is on the main floor deck rail.
Entering the deck from the beach, there is no "walk off" area, and the hose does not reach that area. So, you walk across the deck, spray off the sand, walk back through the sand towards the staircase,spreading sand through the house. We swept daily(after we bought a broom and dust pan, was none on site.)
The bed linens were poor fitting, low quality. Bath towels were the same, all white, but different sizes, and some being well worn.
Kitchens is nice, beverage center very helpful. The deck furniture is comfortable and nice quality. The grill works properly. The space itself is nice, the different levels provide some privacy from others in your group or family when needed. The area offers some privacy,but close to restaurants and shopping
