The Colony III condominium complex in Surfside Beach offers comfort, affordability and convenience for your next family beach vacation. Just a short walk to the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean, Colony III is situated on a small lake, next to a park with playground equipment, horseshoes and more. 204 is a second floor (no elevator) 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that accommodates 6 with a king (2 singles pushed together), a queen and a set of bunks. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.
Colony III is located 1.9 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. Enjoy this conveniently situated three-story complex that overlooks a pond and is close to a public park, which is sure to be enjoyed by the whole family. The park offers horseshoes, picnic tables, shuffleboard, and much more! Go for a swim at Colony III's outdoor pool or barbeque at the complex's outdoor grilling area. Colony III is unique and one of the only condominium complexes that allows golf carts! They have a charging station on-site. Bring your golf cart and drive around Surfside and grab a bite to eat and then head to the beach. If you choose to go down to the beach by foot, it is only a short walk, less than two blocks! There is no elevator at Colony III. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Parking lot is gravel. Sorry, trailers and pets are not permitted.

Our stay was great. Except for the fact that we got noise complaints. The only thing we did was stay up and play a board game and listen to music(that was not loud). There was no partying etc. We were on vacation, we aren’t gonna be in bed by 10pm.
