Paradise Centre Apartments Hosted by Gold Coast Holiday Stays

Location Spacious Clean and comfortable

Would of preferred a king bed

The lovely view, the apartment was nice, everything there you could need. Location was great, close to the Cavill train station, shops etc

I had a bit of a hassle getting the key. Just a note when you are booking through booking.com, it is handled by a 3rd party, which makes it more complicated. I had to fill out an online registration form which I didn't do (re scams etc asking for personal details etc) so I was very wary. I got told by reception when I reached the apartments that I had to go to Broadbeach to an office handling the keys, once filled out the form, I could get the keys, but I had to go to Cavill on Mantra up three flights of stairs to get the keys from a lockbox, the finally back to my apartment in Hanlan St. This was with dragging my luggage around everywhere, I couldn't leave them at the apartment reception as they couldn't cover insurance as I didn't book through them. Luckily there was a lovely family in the same boat and he drove me everywhere so we could both get our keys. WHAT A RIGMORAL, so be warned.

Excellent Value: Given the prime location and views, this apartment offered great value for money compared to other options on the Gold Coast. Perfect Location: Very central and highly convenient for getting around. Stunning Views: The views from the apartment were a major highlight of the stay. Great Amenities: The pool and spa areas were lovely, and the building foyers were very nice and welcoming. Comfortable: Although the apartment itself is a bit old and tired, it was still a comfortable place to relax.

Missed Cleaning Details: While it looked clean at first glance, a closer look revealed an earbud and a sock left under the main bed from a previous guest. Maintenance Issues: The bathroom light flickered before stopping completely, leaving us without light. The air conditioning was also incredibly noisy, and the bedroom TV couldn't get any signal. Minor Annoyances: The bedside lamps in the second room weren't plugged in when we arrived. Also, the main TV only has free-to-air channels with no option to sign into streaming apps like Netflix.

There was hair everywhere that I had to vacuum up and disinfect
