Good location and cheap option for Chamonix. Dorm room was good with shelves, light and plug for each bed and a locker.
Bathrooms not very clean, we could hear everything in the toilet next to the room.

Ten minutes to town - quaint outside .. mattress comfortable
Old - couldn't be cleaned properly with all the nooks and crannies. No hot water in shower.. no privacy curtains
