Very clean, spacious place close to the beach with super helpful and friendly host.

Great floor plan, with 2 bedrooms and the living room separate from the kitchen - a bit of privacy for everyone. Very clean, kitchen well equipped. Toilet is separate from the bathroom which is helpful for a group of 4 or more. Easy parking around the property. Very close to the beach, 2 minute on foot and to the center, restaurants, supermarket. Very responsive, friendly and helpful host!

À améliorer

Proche de la plage, propriétaires sympathiques et réactifs. Appartement avec wifi gratuit ainsi que l'équipement nécessaire aux besoins du quotidien.

Côté nettoyage, ça laisse à désirer, l'odeur de renfermé est imprégnée dans la maison, les photos ne représentent pas vraiment l'état actuel de l'appartement(intérieur comme extérieur), la deco et ke mobilier sont les même que sur les photos mais pas du tout dans le même état, très très abîmés. Terrasse très sale et je ne parle pas que du sable, l'état du mobilier délabré, je vous déconseille également d'utiliser le barbecue, vu la rouille et la saleté à l'intérieur. Mego de cigarettes par terre, toiles d'araignée partout, bref, ce n'est pas vraiment la meilleure option pour se relaxer sur terrasse pour y boire l'apéro. Assez déçue de notre séjour.

L'état de propreté moyen, vu le prix de la location j'aurai aimé un logement impeccable. Il serait nécessaire de mettre des housses protections nettes à la literie

Séjour nul !

Proche de la plage.

15 € pour une entrée anticipée. 15 € pour un départ après 11h. 15 € pour des draps. 20 € pour un petit chien. 50 € si ménage mal fait. 99 € si tabagisme dans l'appartement avec une grande affiche sous le meuble tv. Toutes ces règles étaient agaçantes. L'appartement est très moyen, situé au rez-de-chaussée, de meubles basiques avec une terrasse minuscule sur la rue. Le salon peut contenir 3 personnes au maximum si chacun reste assis. Le canapé ne fera jamais office de lit. Quant aux chambres du fond, le décor est spartiate, la literie moyenne et les fenêtres donnent sur la cour ou siègent les poubelles (photo). Il est écrit que l'appartement peut recevoir 8 personnes. Pour Blanche-Neige et les 7 nains, à la rigueur. Dans les autres cas, impossible ! L'appartement était glacial. Pas de contact physique avec la propriétaire mais le voisin, commandité par la propriétaire, a rappliqué pour me demander les 15 € d'entrée anticipée qu'on m'avait demandé de placer dans la boîte à clés et qui y étaient déjà. Bonjour la confiance ! Pas un seul rouleau de papier toilette. Code wifi à 20 chiffres (histoire de décourager ?) et la connexion box-tv est mauvaise (l'image se fige). Quant à la terrasse, elle mesure 5 m sur 1 m, est collée à la rue sous les regards des nombreux passants qui vont à la plage. une chaise longue et une table à 1 mètre de la route très fréquentée (photo). Bref, un séjour nul à 205 € pour quelques heures et une propriétaire ne lésinant pas sur les petits profits. Dernière minute : elle est de surcroît malhonnête en me proposant sur la messagerie de Booking (faut oser !) de lui laisser une note de 10 en échange d'une réduction de 10% directement auprès d'elle pour un prochain séjour. D'autres clients ont reçu la même proposition malhonnête.

Excellent week-end

L’appartement est très bien équipé et moderne dans sa décoration ! La literie est très bonne et chacun peut ferme sa porte même dans le séjour pour avoir une pièce indépendante. Nous sommes venu à 2 couples et 4 enfants c’était parfait ! La petite cours devant est idéalement située pour prendre l’apéritif au soleil en soirée parfait !

Ein schöner Osterurlaub , an einem schönen Ort bei einer netten Vermieterin !

Die Lage ist erstklassig...Alles ist leicht fußläufig zu erreichen ! Einkaufen , Stadtbummel , Strandpromenade...Ausflüge an andere Orte und Strände der Opalküste mit dem Auto absolut empfehlenswert . Ein nicht immer anzutreffender Vorteil der Wohnung sind 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer , sodaß man sich separieren kann . Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert !
