the lockbox was a nightmare. I didn't know what a lockbox was. the hallway lights go off after 1 minute, so keep your phone/flashlight close by - i made that mistake. To enter the atrium, i called the phone number. the gentleman unlocked the front door remotely. then i had to fetch the keys from the lockbox. i couldn't find anything like a lockbox (i'm thinking some kind of safe). So there are these large vanity cabinets with plumming lines in them. Hard to see, but in a small corner of the vanity cabinet for my apartment was the lockbox with sliding 4 levers for the numerical code. It's hard as hell to see the numbers (the box is mounted not straight to your eyes but sideways, you use your flashlight and camera to make sure you've got the numbers right. they line up across the center. So I had the right code, i texted a picture to the gentleman helping me on the phone. Next, you pull this lever down and it pops open (well it's supposed to). So they had to call a guy to come on-site to open the lockbox. he was nice and came pretty quickly. He struggled with entering the combination and pushing the lever to open the box, so i'm not a complete idiot. He got it open and I checked in. BRING A SMALL SCREWDRIVER TO PUSH DOWN THE LEVER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BREAK YOUR NAILS LIKE I DID MINE. They mail keys to locals. I guess I reserved too late.
