New and complete house, 300 mtrs from Manta Rota beach

Lovely as every time in Your house in Manta Rota. We will be back.

The property was: clean, sunny, comfortable, and exactly as listed. For Americans used to street signs and wider roads, finding the house will be easier if you think of the street as an alley or drive. If uou plan to use the washer, be sure to get directions; we needed a bit of help with the hieroglyphics. Written directions in English world have been a bonus. But, again, we are just not familiar with EU appliances. There is also a wonderful Italian restaurant just a block down from the drive.

Third time in this house and felt like home. Lovely house, perfect location to fantastic beach, nice little town with all neccessary shops and and restaurants.

We stayed here for the whole of January and, as we've found in the past, the weather is good, particularly this year with temperatures reaching 20°. This is a modern, spacious duplex property, with off road parking. The property was very clean with plenty of outdoor space including an outside kitchen and barbecue. It could have done with a couple of sun loungers though. Good WiFi with which we accessed uk tv via vpn on our laptop and connected to the tv with our hdmi cable. Alternatively there is a smart box with some English speaking movies/shows. This is probably of no importance in the summer 🌞. Good central and quiet location, with shops and restaurants close by, and within a short distance to the huge beach and a boardwalk all the way to Altura. The Owner/Representative was very accommodating and we would definitely book again.
