A szállás elhelyezkedése, a kilátás, a beach közvetlenül a ház előtt. 1 percnyire market, pékség, éttermek sokasága. A szoba és minden felszerelése vadonatúj.
A 3. emeleti erkély fölé kellene egy napernyő, hogy délután is árnyékos legyen.
