Good location, sufficient comfort

Good location in respect to local attractions. There is a Shopping Mall and a Carrefour SuperMarket at a 5min walk. Free parking places in front of the building. Good pizza shop right at the entry in the building. Great communication with the owner. There are available: induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine. No A/C, but there is a fan at disposal.

very close to town, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the soap dispenser in the shower

to get to the apartment/ interior was a little run down and, you could really do with a lamp instead of those blinding spots u Dee the bed

location. large suite with lots of light. could likely accommodate 4 people if required. amazing shower. distinct area to sit for meals and couch to relax. easy check in process and property management seems very responsive

above a louder fast food restaurant but does shut down in evening. not the coziest places I’ve stayed in

le frigo et le lit ainsi que le ventilo

très sale, des taches d’excrément sur les serviettes blanches, qui sont d’ailleurs petites, le sol était sale, des taches parterres ainsi que des saletés, le sol de douche avait des taches jaunes avec les joints vraiment pas propre, les murs du logement son moisis, la télécommande de la télé bug, et une araignée morte dans le lit

Très déçu, et à la limite de l'acceptable pour de la location.

L'emplacement

L'immeuble est très sale (parties communes), les portes de l'appartement sont bricolées au lieu d'être correctement réparées, le ménage était vaguement fait (cheveux, poussière), la vaisselle n'était pas lavée (il a fallu tout laver avant d'utiliser, les joints de la salle de bain étaient moisis et la ballon d'eau chaude fuyait manifestement, le sas d'entrée pas nettoyé, l'accueil assez sec et peu aimable (même si réactif)

Studio très bien placé. Au cœur de la ville avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Pizzeria juste en dessous où l'on mange très bien 👌
